Sanne has brought so much levity and joy to my yoga practice. Her sequencing is brilliant, and I often learn something new about my body. Sanne’s classes are special! With a healthy dose of Dutch charm and a playful spirit, Sanne offers sequences that are grounded in her deep understanding and passion for anatomy. Countless times her explanations or approach to accessing a joint or similar leaves me thinking for days, playing with the new information she’s bestowed.  Always with a huge smile and the sweetest laugh, Sanne has authentic passion for people and her true interest is helping people feel their best and welcomes people of all skill levels to her classes. As a long time yogi, I don’t say it lightly that she’s one of the best teachers I’ve come across. Love you Sanne!

About

I've been diving into the practice of yoga for over a decade and started my teaching journey after a 3-year Yoga Teacher in Training when I still lived in The Netherlands. I then took it a step further with the LYT Yoga method, created by a physical therapist, which really helped me get a grip on anatomy and grow as a teacher.

I love empowering my students by focusing on functional movement, aiming for that sweet spot between stability and mobility. My classes are all about helping you feel strong, resilient, and ready to tackle whatever life throws at you!
